"In Spite of Ourselves" Certified Gold by the RIAA
The RIAA has recently certified the 1999 single, "In Spite of Ourselves" as "gold," meaning it has surpassed 500k equivalent sales! The song, originally included in the film 'Daddy & Them,' came out on the 1999 album of duets John did with prominent female country singers.
